The Constitution (click blue link to view) of the Library currently establishes the composition of the Board of Directors as:
A)- Four elected Officers: President, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
B)- Six elected Directors

The following members are non-voting:   Ruth Gonzalez is an honorary, non-voting member of the Board as Historian/Consultant.
